Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Delta Bravo Artificial Intelligence, Inc. ("Delta Bravo," "we," "us," or "our") website and associated digital properties.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Services include informational content, demonstrations, trial environments, AI-powered tools, and pre-contractual access related to Data Mentor™, Aquaspec™, and Permit Pro™.
Terms
1.Relationship to Other Agreements
These Terms apply only to website-level and pre-contractual use of the Services.
If you enter into a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), Order Form, Statement of Work, pilot agreement, research agreement, or government contract with Delta Bravo, those agreements govern and control in the event of any conflict.
No rights are granted by implication.
2.Eligibility and Authorized Use
You represent and warrant that:
You are authorized to access the Services on behalf of yourself or an organization
You will use the Services solely for lawful, internal, informational, or evaluation purposes
You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and export controls
Use is limited to individual users. Shared accounts, service-bureau use, or third-party access is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
3.License and Access
Subject to these Terms, Delta Bravo grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for informational and evaluation purposes only.
Delta Bravo may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without notice.
4.Acceptable Use Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, prompts, or system logic
Use the Services to train, benchmark, or replicate competing systems
Provide services to third parties using the Services
Interfere with system integrity, availability, or security
Circumvent safeguards, usage limits, or access controls
Submit sensitive personal data, classified information, or regulated data unless expressly authorized
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
5.AI Outputs; No Reliance
The Services may include AI-generated outputs. You acknowledge and agree that:
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or context-dependent
Outputs are provided for informational purposes only
Delta Bravo does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or regulatory acceptance
You remain solely responsible for decisions, actions, and compliance
Outputs do not constitute legal, regulatory, engineering, financial, or professional advice.
6.Data, Feedback, and Use Rights
6.1User Data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Delta Bravo the right to process such data to operate, secure, evaluate, and improve the Services.
Delta Bravo may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for analytics, research, reporting, and product improvement.
6.2Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Delta Bravo without restriction or compensation. All associated intellectual property rights are irrevocably assigned to Delta Bravo.
7.Public Records, FOIA, and Disclosure Protection
7.1No Waiver of Proprietary Rights
Nothing in these Terms constitutes consent to public disclosure of Delta Bravo proprietary or confidential information.
7.2Protected Information
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the following are designated confidential and exempt from disclosure:
AI models, Mentor Agents, prompts, workflows, and architectures
Training methods, evaluation metrics, and performance data
System diagrams, security controls, audit logs, and documentation
Aggregated or derived analytics
7.3FOIA Cooperation Without Expansion of Rights
The Customer shall promptly notify Delta Bravo
Delta Bravo may assert exemptions, request redactions, or seek protective relief
Any disclosure shall not constitute a waiver of confidentiality or IP rights
8.Government Use; FAR and NSF Alignment
8.1Commercial Item Designation
The Services constitute Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation as defined in:

8.2FAR 52.227-14 (Rights in Data – General)
Where applicable, the Government receives only the minimum rights required by law for internal use.

8.3NSF-Funded Research
Delta Bravo participates in programs funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation.
Research data may be used for reporting, validation, and oversight
Data shared externally will be anonymized and aggregated
NSF funding does not grant rights to commercial platforms, Mentor Agents, or production AI systems
9.Export Controls and Restricted Use
You may not use the Services:
In embargoed jurisdictions
For prohibited activities under U.S. export control laws
In connection with nuclear, chemical, biological, or weapons development
Use constitutes a representation of compliance with all applicable export laws.
10.Intellectual Property
All Services, software, AI systems, models, documentation, and content are owned by Delta Bravo or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
11.Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
DELTA BRAVO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.
12.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
DELTA BRAVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50) OR FEES PAID IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delta Bravo from claims arising from:
Your misuse of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your reliance on AI outputs
14.Termination
Delta Bravo may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately cease.
15.Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in York County, South Carolina.
16.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
